Days feel full, but not fulfilling. Mornings can begin already tired, bodies tense, minds busy before the day has even started. Sleep may be light or interrupted, and rest rarely feels fully restorative.
They have often tried to make changes before. Plans begin with good intentions, then fade as life takes over. This can bring frustration or guilt, a sense of knowing something needs attention, but not knowing where to begin.
Over time, this ongoing strain can affect how connected people feel to themselves, their bodies, and their ability to cope. Hi, I’m Ze.
I’m a wellbeing practitioner with an interdisciplinary background in nutritional wellbeing, mind-based techniques, naturopathic principles, and movement support.
I work with people who feel stretched, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and want more support in navigating daily life with greater steadiness and awareness.
My approach is collaborative, structured, and non-judgmental. Rather than applying fixed protocols or imposing predetermined outcomes, the process creates space for thoughtful reflection while introducing practical structure around stress patterns, habits, and everyday demands.
I support clients in exploring emotional challenges such as stress, anxiety, overwhelm, low self-esteem, exhaustion, burnout, and confidence-related blocks, within a wellbeing context.
