How does it feel to collaborate with me one to one?

Before our online meeting, I sent you a questionnaire to complete and return so that
you could get a screenshot of your past and current status.
During our session, I will engage in a conversation with you about the completed
questionnaire and other relevant information, which will enable us to discuss the
types of support that could be beneficial in achieving your desired goals.

Also, I will assess various aspects such as readiness, eating habits, food components,
lifestyle, potential factors related to toxicity and inflammation, response to intrinsic or extrinsic
stimuli, body movements, physical stage, expression, complexion, line expression, energy,
vibration, and many other areas. If possible and/or necessary, I will request some tests to
enhance specificity and upgrade the possibility of receiving beneficial support.
Your initial strategy will be provided immediately or within 48 hours, and for the
agreed-upon time, you will have full extra-support WhatsApp access for any
inquiries, featuring extra information, and ideas that align with your plan.

If necessary, follow-up will be conducted as agreed, we aim to develop an advanced support system that addresses various aspects related to homeostasis and wellbeing. Throughout this process, we expect to encounter questions, receive new information, identify evolving needs, and determine the type of support required for each phase across different areas, which will be strategically applied.

What are the steps for one-to-one support?

1. Booking Consultation:
Online, 1 hour
2. Questionnaire
3. Meeting:
Consultation, analysis, identification of support type, discussion, and strategy selection.
4. Complete Strategy:
To get started.
5. Full WhatsApp Interaction:
Access for all your requirements, inquiries, and ideas that align with your plan, to enhance your journey during your support period.

What are the prices?
  • Initial Consultation : £150
    (1 hour + Strategy & 2 weeks of support from the initial consultation)
  • Follow-Up Sessions: £60 – £110 (depending on type, case and how often)
    (Not mandatory — only scheduled if we agree it’s necessary)
  • Clarity Call (30 minutes): £30 (Additional therapy time, as previously agreed)
  • No-Cost Strategy Call (30 minutes): Free
    (Helps identify strategies)
How many appointments do I need?

The frequency of the follow-up will depend on whether it is necessary, the specifics of each individual case, the type of support required, and personal circumstances.

How long do I need to wait for an appointment?

Online bookings are instant, and the appointment date can be within 24 hours, up to
2 weeks, or added to a waiting list. It will depend on a limited number of clients,
bookings, rescheduled appointments, and cancellations.

How do I cancel and reschedule an appointment?
  • Initial Appointments
    If you cancel or do not show up within 72 hours of your appointment, a £100 fee applies. You will be refunded £50 from the original payment.
  • Follow-Up Appointments
    Cancellations or no-shows within 72 hours will result in the session being lost. In some cases, rescheduling may be possible on the same day or next day, based on availability.
    If rescheduled, it must be within the same week or within 2 working days of the original appointment.
  • Late Arrivals
    If you arrive late, your session may be shortened, but the full fee still applies.
