How does it feel to collaborate with me one to one?

Before our online session, you will receive a structured questionnaire designed to help you reflect on your current habits, lifestyle, and goals. This includes relevant health and medical background information to ensure safe and appropriate wellbeing support. The information provided is used for safety and context and does not replace medical care.

During our session, we will review your responses together and explore relevant areas such as nutrition, movement patterns, lifestyle factors, stress levels, and overall wellbeing. This conversation allows us to identify practical, structured support aligned with your goals in a calm and respectful environment.
Where appropriate, I may suggest further assessments or testing within professional scope to help refine your strategy.
An initial plan will be provided either during the session or within 48 hours.

For the agreed period, you will have additional WhatsApp support for questions, clarification, and guidance aligned with your plan.
Follow-up sessions, if required, allow us to adjust and develop your support progressively as your needs evolve.

The overall process is collaborative, structured, and non-judgmental, allowing space for honest reflection while offering clarity and practical direction to support sustainable change across different aspects of wellbeing.

What are the steps for one-to-one support?

1. Book Your Consultation
Online, 60 minutes.
2. Complete the Questionnaire
You will receive a structured questionnaire to provide relevant background information and clarify your current goals.
3. Consultation Session
We review your responses together, explore key areas of wellbeing, and identify the most appropriate type of support. This includes discussion, analysis, and agreement on a structured direction forward.
4. Initial Strategy
A personalised strategy is provided either during the session or within 48 hours, allowing you to begin with clarity and focus.
5. Ongoing Support
During your agreed support period, you will have WhatsApp access for questions, clarification, and guidance aligned with your plan.

What are the prices?

Initial Consultation — £150
60 minutes
Includes personalised strategy and 2 weeks of WhatsApp support following the session.

Follow-Up Sessions — £60–£110
Pricing depends on session type, case complexity, and frequency.
Follow-ups are not mandatory and are scheduled only if mutually agreed.
Follow-up sessions are scheduled as recommended and are not available for independent online booking.


Clarity Call — £30
30 minutes
Additional support time, available when agreed in advance.


Strategy Call — Free
30 minutes
A short introductory call to explore your goals and determine whether this support is appropriate for you.

How many appointments do I need?

The number and frequency of follow-up sessions depend on your goals, the type of support required, and your personal circumstances.

Based on our initial consultation, I will provide a professional recommendation for either short-term structured guidance or longer-term support.

Follow-up sessions are not mandatory, but when appropriate, a clear structure will be suggested to support steady and sustainable progress.

How long do I need to wait for an appointment?

Online bookings are available instantly through the booking system. Appointment dates may be available within 24 hours or up to two weeks in advance, depending on current availability.

If you do not see a suitable time slot, you are welcome to make contact directly to enquire about additional availability or to be added to a waiting list.

How do I cancel and reschedule an appointment?

Initial Appointments
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please:
• Log in to your booking account and manage your appointment directly, or
• Contact us by email, or
• Send a WhatsApp message during business hours.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests are considered confirmed only once you receive acknowledgement. Please refer to the Cancellation & Appointment Policy regarding notice periods and applicable fees.

• Cancellations / No-Shows: Appointments cancelled or missed within 72 hours of the scheduled time may incur a fee.
• Initial Consultation: Cancellations or no-shows within 72 hours will incur a £100 fee.
• Follow-Up Sessions: Late cancellations within 72 hours may incur a fee equivalent to the scheduled session.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, the session may be shortened to respect scheduled times, and the full session fee will still apply.
